O'Neill Coldwater Classic seeks unsponsored surfers

The Coldwater Classic, North America's longest running surf contest, has ruled the autumn in Santa Cruz since 1987. But it will veer from tradition when it returns to Steamer Lane between Oct. 28 and Nov. 1 as the second annual O'Neill Coldwater Classic Invitational.
